- 01Dare to Scale is designed for high-growth Singapore-based businesses & founders with ambitions to build regionally/globally competitive companies beyond Singapore. Unlike traditional accelerators, we provide challenge-based, tailored support to pressure-test your expansion strategy through exclusive access to Endeavor’s global network of mentors, operators, and entrepreneurs. We focus on scaling founders, so that they can scale their businesses. And unlike many programmes, we do not take equity. Founders only pay a one-time programme fee of SGD 2,000 (after being subsidized by Singapore government from the original program fee of SGD 13,000 per company).
- 02Yes, you can! We welcome up to two co-founders per company, with mandatory CEO participation.
- 03Yes. Participating companies must be incorporated and operating in Singapore.
- 04Yes. Participating founders are required to reside and operate primarily from Singapore.
- 05Yes. Dare to Scale is designed for founders exploring regional and global growth at different stages of expansion. Whether you are preparing for your first international market or looking to deepen expansion into multiple markets, the programme offers access to experienced founders, operators, and mentors who have scaled businesses across markets.
- 06Yes. Each cohort is carefully curated through Endeavor’s selection process to ensure strong alignment between founders, company stage, and programme objectives. Due to limited capacity, not all applicants can be accepted into the programme.
- 07A dedicated Account Manager (AM) will carefully match you with a mentor who aligns with your challenges, industry, business model, and expansion plan. We always check for conflict-of-interest before finalizing the matching. Your AM will arrange all mentorships, meetings, and introductions.
- 08At Endeavor, we don’t rely on strict metrics. Instead, our selection is based on three key considerations: the founder, the business, and the timing. Founder: vision, leadership, execution, and willingness to pay it forward Business: scalability, size, and growth beyond product market fit Timing: whether the business is at inflection point to scale
- 09Yes, there will be 3 compulsory half-day in-person forums in Singapore. We have locked in 3 dates so you can plan ahead: Aug 13, 2026 : Forum I (Kick Off, Masterclass 1, and Peer-to-Peer Session 1) Oct 1, 2026 : Forum II (Masterclass 2 and Peer-to-Peer Session 2) Dec 10, 2026 : Forum III (Masterclass 3, Peer-to-Peer Session 3, and Graduation) Mentoring sessions will be scheduled based on the availability of both you and your mentor from August to December. Sessions may be held either online or in person, depending on the preferences and availability of both parties.
- 10Beyond the core programme activities, Dare to Scale participants gain access to selected opportunities within Endeavor’s broader regional and global ecosystem. These include: Access to Endeavor MatchCAP: Southeast Asia’s largest investor-founder roadshow event, hosted in Q2 annually in Singapore. Access to Endeavor Industry Tours: Opportunities to join curated international industry tours across key innovation ecosystems. For 2026, we are planning an optional industry tour to San Francisco, offering founders exposure to one of the world’s leading technology and startup ecosystems.
